Radio Star
_Visual Identity
Radio Star is a restaurant, bar, and café inspired by the 1940s radio era, located at Transmitter Park in Greenpoint, Brooklyn—home to WNYC from 1937 to 1990. I developed a unique identity that blends a sophisticated contemporary visual language with subtle references to the past while introducing visuals from the website I built for Interaction studio, allowing customers to choose their seats directly from a floor plan of the restaurant.
The logos and patterns were derived by my own experiences with the restaurant’s interior design and furniture, blending my appreciation for the space with the new perspective to the restaurant.
